Rogelio (the "R" of R&E) Vazquez was raised in East Texas. With over 10 years of construction experience and a degree in drafting and design, he started his own company in 2016.
1st Choice R&E treats everyone like family, because it's a family business. Roy's father works alongside him, and Roy intends to pass his craft to his son Ezra (the "E" of R&E).
